Duration:  6 weeks

 

This is your starting point if you feel overwhelmed, confused, anxious, or emotionally drained.

After narcissistic abuse, your nervous system may feel constantly on edge. You might still be questioning your reality, struggling with boundaries, or feeling pulled back into unhealthy dynamics.

This phase focuses on creating emotional safety, grounding, and stability.

 

What we work on:

  • Understanding trauma responses (fight, flight, freeze, fawn)

  • Reducing emotional overwhelm and anxiety

  • Rebuilding trust in your own thoughts and feelings

  • Creating practical safety (emotional and physical)
